These Terms & Conditions govern your enrollment in and use of the training programs, digital course materials, and services provided by Realtime Voice Training LLC (“Realtime Voice Training,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in any program, completing checkout, or accessing any course materials, you agree to the terms below.
1. Enrollment and Immediate Digital Access
Upon successful payment processing, you will receive immediate digital access to the course materials associated with your program. This includes videos, live class recordings, downloadable resources, community features, and your user account dashboard. Access is granted through your Realtime Voice Training account and begins at the moment your order is confirmed.
2. Digital Access Tracking
You acknowledge and agree that Realtime Voice Training records the following student activity as proof of product delivery and use:
- Account creation and login timestamps
- IP addresses associated with logins
- Lesson and video completion tracking
- File and resource download activity
- Interaction with quizzes, assignments, and community features
This activity data is retained for the duration of your enrollment and for a reasonable period thereafter, and may be used as evidence in the event of a payment dispute.
3. Refund Policy for Digital Courses
Because our courses grant immediate access to substantial digital materials, all sales are considered final once you have logged in to your account or accessed any of the course content. If you experience technical difficulties accessing the materials, please contact charlene@realtimevoicetraining.com for assistance before initiating any payment dispute with your card issuer or bank. In most cases we can resolve access issues within one business day.
Refund requests made prior to accessing the course materials are handled on a case-by-case basis. Any refund of a payment-plan installment may be net of a $100 administrative processing fee.
4. Payment Plans
Students who enroll in an installment payment plan agree to complete the full payment schedule as specified at checkout. Missed payments after three retries will result in account cancellation and loss of course access until the balance is brought current. Payment plans are tied to the same course as the lump-sum option; enrolling in both is not permitted and will be prevented at checkout.
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact charlene@realtimevoicetraining.com first so we can review the situation and issue any appropriate refund or correction directly. If a chargeback is filed with your bank, we will submit as evidence your complete account access history, IP logs, order confirmation, and the version of these Terms & Conditions you agreed to at checkout.
6. Account Use
Your account is for your personal use only. Sharing your login credentials, redistributing course materials, or granting third parties access is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
7. Program Changes and Availability
We may update course materials, add new content, retire older content, and adjust class schedules as the program evolves. Access to the student portal is provided for the duration described in your program (typically ongoing after full payment). We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party services (hosting, video delivery, software vendors) beyond our reasonable control.
