Specialized Training
Learn "The Dessa Method" needed to start your voice-writing career. This training includes over 60 hours of live in-depth training. You'll learn test-taking techniques, receive speech recognition training and CAT software training with Eclipse, and learn how to build transcripts so you're ready to work once certified. Court reporting proceedures will also be covered so you'll be ready for your new career.
Weekly Practice Tests
All students will have access to My Realtime Coach for practice material. You will be assigned weekly speed-building practice tests. These tests will be immediately graded so you can see your results. Weekly tests will be reviewed in the live classes with guidance on dictation techniques and punctuation to monitor your progress.
Expert Study Guidance
You'll receive expert guidance virtually to your home or anywhere in the world. The study material will be available 24/7 to help prepare for your new career. You will learn the most current and advanced techniques in your software to get you realtime ready for your wonderful career!
BEGINNER TRAINING:
This program is designed for students to start now and work at their
own pace if they do not want to wait until the live classes begin.
Live classes are offered with start dates in January and July.
Normally classes start the first Tuesday in January and July unless that falls on a holiday.
Our career preparation package provides students 20 classes for a flat,
one-time fee of $2500 plus 12 additional classes after testing.

All classes are live and online to improve your success!
Our small, live classes deliver more instructor interaction, more collaboration, and lessons tailored to the group.
The Beginner class meets once a week on Tuesdays at 12:00 p.m. or
6:00 p.m. Eastern time and is approximately three hours.

REPORTER TRAINING:
The Reporter class meets once a week on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. Eastern time. This class is for you if you’re a working
court reporter or are newly certified and want to become more efficient and proficient with utilizing your software.
RVT offers training and tutoring and is not a school. One-on-one training is offered as well.
This is the quickest and most affordable realtime training program available.
